SERVICE INFORMATION
UNITED STATES AND CANADA
The warranty on Hatco TPT Series toasters is for
one year from date of purchase or eighteen months
from date of shipping from Hatco, which ever occurs
first.
If you experience a problem with a TPT toaster
DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, please do the
following:

When contacting for warranty service, please supply
Hatco with the following information:
• Model of Unit
• Serial Number (located on the bottom of the unit)
• Specific Problem with the Toaster
• Date of Purchase
• Name of Business
• Shipping Address
• Contact Name
• Contact Phone Number
If you experience a non-warranty problem that
requires assistance, please contact the nearest
Authorized Hatco Service Agency.
