WIDTH
A width
jumper
wire on the
video
circuit board can
select one of three display widths;
normal, wide, and
extra wide. Pictorial
3-2 shows the
iumper
wire con-
nection for
each of these settings. The
width of the
display should normally
be about L12'
-
7'from
the
right
and left
sides of the screen. In most
cases, the
normal
setting will
provide
adequate
width.
The
wide
and extra wide settings are usually required
only
in low
line voltage areas.
WARNING: There
is high voltage
present
on the
video
circuit
board. DO NOT attempt to change the
width
jumper
when the
power
is
turned on.
To
change the
display width:
7. Turn the
ON/OFF switch to OFF.
2. Remove
the cabinet shell and set it
aside.
3. Remove the video
circuit board from the
chassis.
4.
Pull the
jumper
wire
out of the connector
pin.
5.
Insert
the
jumper
wire into the
connector
pin
that corresponds to
the
width
you
de-
sire.
6, Reinstall the
circuit board
in
the chassis.
7. Reinstall
the cabinet shell.
