ASSEMBLING THE VACUUM
1. Align the rib on the lower vacuum tube with the groove in upper vacuum tube. Push lower
vacuum tube (fig. 5A) into upper vacuum tube until the lower tube is securely seated in the
upper tube.
2. Loosen the locking bolt (fig. 6A) of the vacuum inlet cover.
3. Insert the tip of a screwdriver (fig. 6B) into the latch area of the vacuum inlet.
4. Gently tilt the handle of the screwdriver toward the front of the unit to release the latch
while pulling up on the vacuum inlet cover with your other hand.
5. Align the tabs on the inside of the vacuum inlet (fig. 7A) with the slots on the upper vacuum
tube and push the upper vacuum tube into the vacuum inlet. Slanted end of lower vacuum
tube must be aligned as shown (fig. 5B). Turn the tube (fig. 8A) counterclockwise until a
click is felt to secure the tube to the blower unit.
6. Loosen the clamp bolt (fig. 3A) at the blower outlet and when the blow tube is mounted,
remove it.
7. Open the zipper on the vacuum bag and insert the elbow tube. Push the small end of the
elbow tube through the small opening (fig. 9A) in the bag. Fasten with Velcro (fig. 9B). The
wider end of the elbow will remain on the inside of the vacuum bag when installed properly.
8. Close the zipper on the bag. Make sure the zipper is closed completely.
9. Align the rib on the elbow tube (fig. 10B) with the groove in the blower outlet and slide the
elbow tube (fig. 10C) into place.
10. Secure the tube by turning the bolt (fig. 10A) clockwise.
COLLECTING BAG
1. Adjust the strap of the collecting bag to fit for your back.
2. Make sure that the bag is not bent in the waste input, otherwise the collection would not
work. It is needed to re-adjust the bag when it starts to fill and gravitate.
3. Grasp the upper handle by your left hand and by the other grasp the rear handle (fig. 11).
Hold the device on the right side of your body, so that the exhaust gases blows in direction
away of you.
4. When working, hold the beveled part of tube facing downwards. Suction power is greater
when the tube vent is closer to the ground.
5. When the waste bag filled almost up to the input hole, empty it. First set the switch to „Off“
and wait until the engine stops.
6. Open the end of the bag using the zipper and empty its content.
7. Reseal the bag using the zipper.
ADJUSTING SHOULDER HARNESS
Adjust the length of the shoulder harness by using buckle (fig. 1A) so that you can operate
the unit comfortably. Adjust the harness so that the machine is easy to carry and the back plate
of the machine rests firmly against the back of the operator.
CAUTION! A
To reduce the risk of loss of control, never carry the unit with the strap(s) over one
shoulder.
