Please read the following information carefully before using the appliance for the first time
for your own safety and to ensure correct use.
Safety information
The appliance must only be used as described in the instructions for use.
Use for any other purpose is inadmissible! Any damage attributed to
incorrect operation, improper use or non-observance of the safety
information will invalidate all liability and the warranty!
•
Do not use the appliance with a damaged plug, power cord, housing, or
after a mal function or if it has been dropped or suffered any kind of
damage. Do not let the power cord over a sharp edge or let it not come
into contact with any hot surface and protect it against pinch, where it can
be damaged. Never place or wind the power cord around the appliance.
Danger of overheating and fire!
•
All liability is disclaimed for any frost damage caused by a heating
capacity that is insufficient for the room size, bad heat insulation of the
room, incorrect use or force majeure.
•
Before connecting the appliance check that the voltage indicated on
the type plate corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
•
Only connect the appliance to a.c. mains as specified on the rating
plate!
•
Attention: Place the heater in a safe position with a minimum distance
from 100 cm from all flammable objects, curtains, furniture, structures,
shelves, pieces of furniture, building or similar in front of the heater.
Fire risk! The appliance openings must not be obstructed in any way.
•
The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
•
Warning: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the
heater! Risk of overheating and fire!
•
Prevent overheating to the appliance by keeping the air inlet and outlet
free: do not cover them and do not hang anything in front of it or above it
– otherwise there is a risk of overheating and fire!
•
Always unplugged the heater when not in use. Do not pull on the power
cord.

Keep the mains cord at the safe distance from the air inlet and outlet
grilles.
•
This heater is water-resistant to IP24 and may be used in damp rooms
and bath rooms but not within the perimeter to bathtub, shower,
water connections, washbasins or swimming pools.
This means it cannot be installed in the areas marked in Fig. 3 as
“ZONE 0, ZONE 1, ZONE 2”.
•
This heater must be installed so that switches or other control elements
cannot be touched by persons who are in the bath or shower, or any other
water-filled receptacle.
•
During operation the power cord may not in touch with the running heater.
•
Only operate the appliance with fully unwound power cord. Overheating
and fire risk!
•
Never touch live parts! Danger to life!
•
Never operate or touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet!

The heater shall be installed at least at 1,20m from the ground.
The minimum distance between lower heater housing up to the ground
should be minimum 1,20m.
•
The heater must not be directly mounted behind a door. It could buil-up a
heat accumulation and the heater cannot more work correct.
•
The socket-outlet must be accessible at all times to enable the mains
plug to be disconnected as quickly as possible!
•
Attention! The grilles and heater surface becomes very hot when
the appliance is in use! Place the appliance so that it cannot be
touched by accident! Risk of burns! The appliance will cool down
gradually after being switched off. Pay attention to the minimum
distances.
•
The device may not be fastened to walls from synthetic material, or
other flammable materials as for example wood, panels, cardboard or
similar. By disregard it can come to the fire risk!
•
Never use the heater without supervision. The appliance is not
intended for use by young children or infirm persons without
supervision! Pay attention that children or animals do not play in the
near of the heater!
