Filter
The heater is fitted with a filter to protect the heating element from dust and dirt.
If the filter has been subjected to heavy use, this will impair the air performance. To keep the heater in
perfect condition, clean the filter once every six month minimum (depending on the place of use and
environment) with a vacuum cleaner. The filter is removable (see drawing). You can remove and
reassemble the filter from the left(back view). When reassembling, push the filter to the end until it
cannot move anymore.
Cleaning
• First, switch off the device, pull out the power plug from electrical outlet and let the heater cool down.
• Clean the air inlet and outlet grilles regularly from dust and dirt (depend from the use and the environment) at
least twice a year) with a vacuum cleaner, use the vacuum brush attachment.
• Use the soft cloth to wipe the dust from enclosure. Do not use water! Never immerse the
appliance or power cord, plug in water or other liquids! Danger to life!
• Do not use any abrasive or caustic cleaning agents! Do not use any flammable cleaning agents e.g. petrol or
spirit for cleaning the device, as they will damage the heater or can cause a fire hazard.
• If the appliance is not going to be used for some time, it should be protected against excessive dust and dirt.
• Keep the original box in which the heater was packed. Clean the heater according to the instructions for
Cleaning. Pack the heater in the original box and store it in a cool, dry place.
