brake used as an example
 Push the left-hand brake lever to apply the front
wheel brake.
 Push the right-hand brake lever to apply the rear
wheel brake.
 Turn the setting wheel in an anti-clockwise
direction to increase the rebound speed.
 Turn the setting wheel in a clockwise direction
to decrease the rebound speed.
