Fault correction through qualied personnel

Machine has no power
Check the power supply line (power outlet and plug
connection housing)
or
Check the plug connections on the PCB (black E-
box) for rm seat and replace if necessary
No polish
(only for models with polish dispenser)
Polish is used up
Fill the polish dispenser
or
Valve or valve hose (model Polix 4) is clogged
Clean valve or valve hose
or
Valve or valve hose (model Polix 4) is defective
Replace valve or valve hose
Machine becomes very loud during the
cleaning process
Machine is not on a suitable substrate,
or the feet do not contract the substrate
Check the substrate and ensure a stable stance
or
Flange connection of the brushes on the shaft is loose
Tighten the ange connection
After using the brushes shoes are
not clean
Brushes are dirty/foreign objects are present
Clean brushes
Sometimes the polishing brush does not turn
Threaded union has become loose, or is not seated
in the recessed bore
Check the threaded union for rm seat
Pre-cleaning brush does not turn
Threaded union has become loose, or the brush
core has torn
Check the threaded union for rm seat replace

Shoes are damaged during the cleaning
process
Brushes are defective or worn
Replace brushes
Motor does not run concentric and gets loud
Motor or bearing is damaged
Install replacement motor after checking
the old motor
Motor is blocked or does not run concentric
There may be foreign objects in the brushes
Immediately unplug the power plug and turn
the brushes by hand to remove objects that
may be wound up in the brushes
