Recharge
Consumers go to the existing vending point and buy electricity; the consumers
will be issued a standard 20-digit token.
The electricity consumers type in the 20-dight token using the keypad and
presses enter. When the user has keyed in an incorrect digit, he/she could
correct it by using the backspace key.
A successful recharge is indicated as follows (the recharge can be based in unit
kWh or Credit Rand):
TOKEN discharge error
TOKEN used.
The CIU allows loading the meter with a number of pre-purchased units of credit
without loss of any existed credit balance. The credit is transferred in kWh.
The CIU will increment the register with the accepted valid token credit after
successfully recharging.
