Parameter setting and query
Supports following parameter settings and query commands form master
station remotely or HHU locally:
⚫ Collector archive, such as meter No.;
⚫ Collector Communication parameter, such as IP address and port of
master station;
⚫ Meter overload and others event threshold;
⚫ Meter connection and disconnection.
