10.1 Initializing HDDs
Purpose:
A newly installed hard disk drive (HDD) must be initialized before it can be used with your device.
Note: If there is uninitialized HDD existed in the device, the following message box pops up when the device
starts up.

Click to initialize it immediately or you can perform the following steps to initialize the HDD(s).
Steps:
1. Enter the HDD Information interface.
Menu > HDD>General

2. Select HDD to be initialized.
