4 Technical data
4.1 Distance measurement
Note
Distance and inclination measurement accuracy: Influences such as
high temperature fluctuations, dampness, shock, dropping, etc. can
affect the accuracy of the tool. Unless stated otherwise, the tool was
adjusted or calibrated under standard ambient conditions (MIL-STD-
810G). As a basic principle, when taking distance measurements an
additional distance-dependent error of 0.02 mm per meter is to be
taken into account. The reference for inclination measurements is the
underside of the tool.
