CEC7 CONTROL UNIT ALARMS | PAGE 27
PROGRAMMABLE ALARM 3
Programmable alarm 3 on the CEC7 display is activated associating any of the
digital inputs of the SZ7 expansion to the warning (CC2 Programming I/O table,
parameter 3). The polarity of the input that activates the alarm can be congured
(CC2 Programming I/O table, parameter 4). The alarm is only available for the
control unit with display set to external mode (Settings table, parameter 30 value
2).
PROGRAMMABLE ALARM 4
Programmable alarm 4 on the CEC7 display is activated associating any of the
digital inputs of the SZ7 expansion to the warning (CC2 Programming I/O table,
parameter 5). The polarity of the input that activates the alarm can be congured
(CC2 Programming I/O table, parameter 6). The alarm is only available for the
control unit with CEC7 display set to external mode (Settings table, parameter 30
value 2).
PROGRAMMABLE ALARM 5
Programmable alarm 5 on the CEC7 display is activated associating any of the
digital inputs of the SZ7 expansion to the warning (CC2 Programming I/O table,
parameter 7). The polarity of the input that activates the alarm can be congured
(CC2 Programming I/O table, parameter 8). The alarm is only available for the
control unit with CEC7 display set to external mode (Settings table, parameter 30
value 2).
NETWORK CONTACTOR SWITCHING FAILURE
The CEC7 control unit's network contactor switching failure alarm is generated
when the network contactor is activated through the CR relay of the measurements
module and no activation takes place through the programmed input (ENT1,
ENT2, ENT3, ENT4 or ENT5) associated with the network contactor conrmation
mode (Settings table, parameter 5) during a set time (Times table, parameter
13). The status of this programmable input associated to the conrmation mode
of the network contactor must be validated during a time interval (Times table,
parameter 19, 20, 22, 23 or 24) for stabilisation (rebounce) before being
validated. The detection of the network contactor switching failure alarm can be
congured (Alarms table, parameter 100) as follows:
Not perform the detection.
Perform the detection and before activation start the genset.
GENSET CONTACTOR SWITCHING FAILURE
The CEC7 control unit's genset contactor switching failure alarm is generated when
the genset contactor is activated through the CG relay of the measurements module
and no activation takes place through the programmed input (ENT1, ENT2, ENT3,
ENT4 or ENT5) associated with the genset contactor conrmation mode (Settings
table, parameter 6) during a set time (Times table, parameter 13). The status of this
programmable input associated to the conrmation mode of the genset contactor
must be validated during a time interval (Times table, parameter 19, 20, 22, 23 or 24)
for stabilisation (rebounce) before being validated. The detection of the genset
contactor switching failure alarm can be congured (Alarms table, parameter 102) as
follows:
Not perform the detection.
Perform the detection and before activation stop the engine with
cooling.
PROGRAMMABLE ALARM 2
Programmable alarm 2 on the CEC7 display is activated associating any of the
digital inputs of the SZ7 expansion to the warning (CC2 Programming I/O table,
parameter 1).The polarity of the input that activates the alarm can be congured
(CC2 Programming I/O table, parameter 2).The alarm is only available for the
control unit with CEC7 display set to external mode (Settings table, parameter 30
value 2).
