If you need to call the Hitachi Data Systems Support Center, please gather as
much information about the problem as possible, including:
• The circumstances surrounding the error or failure.
• The exact content of any error message(s) displayed on the host
system(s).
• The data in the CCI error log file and trace data (all files in HORCM_LOG
directory).
• The remote service information messages (R-SIMs), including reference
codes and severity levels, displayed by Storage Navigator and/or
HiCommand Device Manager.
