CLEANING
THE
INSIDE
OF
THE
ELECTRONIC
VIEWFINDER

foreign
matter
adheres
inside
the
viewfinder,
clean
it
by
using
thefollowing
procedure.

Rotate
and
remove
eye
cup.
face
and
lens.
To
prevent
scratching,
use
a
soft
non abrasive
cloth,
swab
or
lens
cleaning
paper.

Clean
the
picture
tube

Fit
the
projection
of
the
eye
cup
into
the
groove
in
the
viewfinder
and
rotate
the
eye
cup.in
the
direction
of
the
arrow.

maintain

periodic
mainten-
ance
is
required.

dealer
will
advise
you
further.

Maintenance
and
adjustments
may
not
be

ried
out

the

In

cases

difficulty

doubt,

Head
cleaning
Dirt
accumulated
on
the
video
heads
after.a
period
of
time
may
cause
the
playback
picture
to
become
blurred
or
part
of
the
video
infor-
mation
to
be
lost.
This
does
not
mean
that
the
recorded
programme
has
been
erased
but.
head
cleaning
!s
required.
Use
a
dry
type
head
cleaning
tape
to
clean
the
video
heads.
When
it
ts
difficult
to
remove
a
dirt
using
the
head
cleaning
tape,
head
cleaning
requiring
highly
technical
care
is
necessary.
Consult
your
nearest
dealer
or
VCR
service
centre
for
head
cleaning.
