10-42 Vehicle Care
You have 2 minutes to match each
tyre and wheel position.
If it takes longer than 2 minutes to
match any tyre and wheel position,
restart th e process from the
beginning.
1. Apply the parking brake.
2. Ensure the gear lever is in
position P.
3. Turn the ignition to the ON
position but do not start t he
engine.
4. Initiate the TPM sensor learn by
pressing
K and Q together, or in
the Customisation menu by
navigating to TPM Learn.
The TPM Sensor Learning In
Progress animation is displayed
for 4 seconds or until TRIP is
pressed.
5. Begin with the passenger side
front tyre.
The passenger side front
indicator light is displayed to
indicate the sensor is ready.
6. Remove the valve cap from the
tyre’s valve stem.
7. Activate the TPM sensor by
increasing or decreasing the
tyre’s air pressure for about
8 seconds.
The horn chirps once to confirm
the sensor identification code
has been matched to the tyre/
wheel position.
The passenger side front
indicator light turns off and the
driver side front indicator light
comesontoindicatethesensor
is ready.
8. Proceed to the driver side front
tyre and repeat the procedure
from Step 6.
9. When the driver side front tyre
matching process is complete,
proceed to the driver side rear
tyre and repeat the procedure
from Step 6.
10. When the driver side rear t yre
matching process is complete,
proceed to the passenger side
rear tyre, and re peat the
procedure from Step 6.
11. After the passenger side rear
tyre matching process is
complete, the horn chirps
twice.
The TPM Sensor Learn
Complete animation is
displayed for 4 seconds or until
TRIP is pressed.
The passenger side rear
indicator light turns off and the
TPM sensor matching process
is complete.
12. Turn the ignition to the LOCK/
OFF position.
13. If the sensors are not matched
to the tyre/wheel locations or
communication with the
receiver stops or times out,
turn the ignition to the LOCK/
OFF position and return to
Step 3.
