Check engine for leaks and oil level, top up if necessary
•
Check air-conditioner condenser, radiator and oil cooler, protective grilles for air pas-
sage, clean if necessary
•
Check radiator and hoses for leaks and coolant level, check antifreeze, top up if nec-
essary
•
Check oil cooler for leaks and hydraulic oil level, top up if necessary
•
Check engine air filter, hoses, screw fittings and air filter system, clean if necessary
•
Drain water separator in the fuel filter
•
Check brake fluid level, top up if necessary
•
Check windscreen washer level (antifreeze), top up if necessary
•
Check air pressure in the tyres, correct if necessary
•
Check engine V-belts for tension and condition, adjust tension if necessary
•
Clean filters of the heating and air-conditioning systems, replace if necessary
•
Check bubble formation in the air conditioner view glass
•
Check heater and air conditioner (hoses) for leaks and function
•
General visual inspection for leaks and damage
•
Check electrics (function test) and lighting
•
Check battery acid level, charge and cable connections, grease terminals
•
Check the connections and wheel nuts according to the torque table
•
Lubricate vehicle
