6. Remove the cover from the trunk lid/fuel fill door
opener (six retaining tabs), and remove one
self-tapping screw. Make sure the trunk lid/fuel fill
door opener is unlocked.

7. Raise the front portion of the left front door sill trim
(six clips, one retaining tab, and one hook).
8. Pull away the weatherstrip, and remove the left kick
panel (two clips).
