8. Remove the roof console (four bolts and unplug the
vehicle connectors).
9. Using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with a shop
towel, remove the right and left sun visor holders.

10. Pull back the weatherstrip as shown.
11. Using a rubber mallet wrapped with a shop towel,
lightly tap the area marked “SIDE CURTAIN
AIRBAG” on the top of the left A-pillar trim to push in
the vehicle clip. Make sure to tap perpendicular to
the A-pillar trim.
