17. Pull away the weatherstrip.
18. Remove the left kick panel (two clips).
19. Lower the tilt lever and pull the steering wheel
outward. Insert a flat-tip screwdriver into the guide
on the underside of the steering column lower cover
and release the retaining tab.
20. Remove the steering column upper cover (three
retaining tabs).

21. Remove the steering column lower cover (two self-
tapping screws and one screw).
