FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERlNG
Tighten the fork bottom pinch bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE 26 Nm (2.7 kgfm, 20 Ibf.ft)
Xghten the fork top pinch bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 23 Nm (2.3 kgfm, 17 Ibf4-t)
Tighten the fork bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 23 Nm (2.3 kgfm, 17 Ibf4t)
Tighten the handlebar pinch bolt.
TORQUE 27 N.rn (2.8 kgfm, 20 Ibf4t)
Install the following:
-front fender (page
2-3)
-front wheel (page 14-12)
-brake cariper (page 16-19)
STEERING STEM
REMOVAL
Remove the following:
- handlebars (page 14-3)
-upper cowl (page 2-4)
-front wheel (page 14-8)
-front fender (page 2-3)
Remove the steering stem nut and washer.
Remove the fork (page
14-12).
Remove the top bridge.
Remove the horn stay mounting bolts and horn stay.
