Inspect the spark plug; clean or replace it if it's faulty, fouled, or improperly gapped. If the spark plug is wet with fuel, dry and reinstall it, then start the engine with the throttle lever in the FAST position and the choke in the OPEN position. If none of these actions work, you may need to replace or repair faulty components.
