Install the flywheel [1] onto the crankshaft by aligning
the key way
on the flywheel with the woodruff key.
Install the flywheel washer [1] and nut [2];
Hold the flywheel with the special tool and tighten the
nut to
the specified torque.
TOOL:
[3] Clutch center holder 07725-0030000
TORQUE:
69 N·m (7.0 kgf·m, 51 lbMt)
Install the cooling fan [1] while aligning its boss with the
hole on the flywheel.
Install
the cooling fan mounting bolts [1] and tighten
them to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 8.5 N·m (0.87 kgf·m, 6.3 lbMt)
Install the radiator back in position (page 9-7).
