FRONT CRANKCASE COVER
INSTALLATION
Clean the mating surfaces of the front crankcase cover
and crankcase
thoroughly, being careful

to damage
them.
Blow through the oil passages
in
the front crankcase
cover with compressed air.
Apply engine oil to the boss
of
the adjusting plate.
CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Install a new output shaft oil seal

Install the joint collars [1] and dowel pins [2].

Apply liquid sealant (TB1215 or equivalent) to the

the front crankcase
cover as shown.
