COOLANT
Refer to the Safety Precautions on page 67.
Coolant Replacement
Coolant should be replaced by an authorized
Honda dealer, unless the owner has proper
tools and service data and is mechanically
qualified. Refer to Honda's Common Service
Manual and an official Model Specific Service
Manual.
Always add coolant to the reserve tank. Do not
attempt to add coolant by removing the radiator
cap.
WARNING
Removing the radiator cap while the
engine is hot will allow the coolant to
spray out, seriously scalding you.
Always let the engine and radiator
cool down before removing the
radiator cap.
