P2P function
1) WRITE function; writes the data of master to arbitrary address of slave when the condition flag
has been turned on
2) READ function; reads the arbitrary address of slave and saves to set area of master when the
condition flag has been turned on
3) DIAGNOSTIC function; reads the diagnostic information of P2P
