      If your Honeywell Accessories doorbell isn't working, try the following: First, ensure that the Mute function is disabled by pressing the Mute button until all Mute lights are off. Next, verify that the correct batteries (1 CR2032) are properly installed with the correct polarity. If it still doesn't work, the doorbell may be out of range, so try moving it to a different location. Finally, try reconnecting the doorbell.

Metal structures, including uPVC door frames, can interfere with the signal, so avoid mounting the doorbell or push button on or near metal. Weak batteries can also reduce the range, and in cold conditions (below 41ºF [5ºC]), they may need more frequent replacement. You can also try moving the doorbell closer to the push button.
