IFP-FFT Basic Operating Instructions
These instructions must be framed and displayed next to the IFP-FFT panel in accordance with NFPA 72 fire
code for Local Protected Fire Alarm Systems. Test the system in accordance to NFPA 72. Refer to Installa-
tion Manual P/N 54708 for more information regarding this control panel.
Operation Task to Perform
Answer Call When the remote handset is connected to the FFT-FPJ, the Answer LED will blink and the PZT
will sound.
Press the Answer key and the PZT will silence. The Answer LED will be on solid and audio
connection will be established between the local and remote handset.
Silence Trouble Press the Silence key and the PZT will silence. The General Trouble LED will be on solid.
