Light Curtain Identification
Each emitter and receiver has two plates, an identification plate and an approval plate.
The identification plate contains the following:
• Catalog listing (type)
• Serial number
• Date code
• Power consumption (P)
• Supply voltage
The approval plate certifies that the product conforms to the technical examination endorsement issued by the
approval institutes of different countries.

users manual for daily tests to be performed. These tests should also
be performed after any modification or maintenance to the SB light
curtain or the machine.
