2. Click to edit the Ethernet card as shown in the following figure:

3. Select a net mode.
4. In the IP Version box, select IPv4 or IPv6, depending on the Internet protocol that you
want to use.
5. Select DHCP to assign the NVR with a dynamic IP address. Click to deselect DHCP to
assign the NVR a static IP address.
6. If you deselect DHCP, manually enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway
information. (The IP address, subnet mask, and gateway are not configurable when DHCP
is enabled).
7. Click OK to save the settings and exit the SETTING menu.
8. If you want, enter Preferred DNS and Alternate DNS addresses.
Configuring Port Settings
1. Go to Main Menu Setting NETWORK Port, the following window is displayed:
