Acknowledgement Instructions
When you answer a call from an Informa, listen
to the message.
At the end of the message Informa produces a
single tone for 1 second.
Press the * (star) key on the telephone for at
least 1 second. (You must do this within 5 secs
of the tone.)
Informa repeats its tone for 1 second.
Press the * (star) key again for 1 second.
The Informa then sounds 2 short beeps to
confirm receipt of the acknowledgement and
disconnects.
Cut out the acknowledgement instructions above and carry them with you for reference.
