Honeywellwarrantsthisproducttobefreefromdefectsintheworkmanshipormaterials,undernormaluseand
service,foraperiodoffive(5)yearsfromthedateofpurchasebytheconsumer.Ifatanytimeduringthewarranty
periodtheproductisdeterminedtobedefectiveormalfunctions,Honeywellshallrepairorreplaceit(atHoneywell’s
option).
Iftheproductisdefective,
(i)returnit,withabillofsaleorotherdatedproofofpurchase,totheplacefromwhichyoupurchasedit;or
(ii)callHoneywellCustomerCareat1-800-468-1502.CustomerCarewillmakethedeterminationwhethertheprod-
uctshouldbereturnedtothefollowingaddress:HoneywellReturnGoods,Dock4MN10-3860,1885DouglasDr.N.,
GoldenValley,MN55422,orwhetherareplacementproductcanbesenttoyou.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverremovalorreinstallationcosts.Thiswarrantyshallnotapplyifitisshownby
Honeywellthatthedefectormalfunctionwascausedbydamagewhichoccurredwhiletheproductwasinthepos-
session of a consumer.
Honeywell’ssoleresponsibilityshallbetorepairorreplacetheproductwithinthetermsstatedabove.HONEYWELL
SHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANYLOSSORDAMAGEOFANYKIND,INCLUDINGANYINCIDENTALOR
CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESRESULTING,DIRECTLYORINDIRECTLY,FROMANYBREACHOFANYWARRANTY,
EXPRESSORIMPLIED,ORANYOTHERFAILUREOFTHISPRODUCT.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionor
limitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sothislimitationmaynotapplytoyou.
THISWARRANTYISTHEONLYEXPRESSWARRANTYHONEYWELLMAKESONTHISPRODUCT.THEDURATION
OFANYIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGTHEWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORA
PARTICULARPURPOSE,ISHEREBYLIMITEDTOTHEFIVE-YEARDURATIONOFTHISWARRANTY.Somestates
