Step 1: Wire the HZ432
Step 2: Configure the HZ432 (push the mode button on the HZ432. Follow the configuration choices shown below.
Step 3: Press the connect button on the THM4000R.
*These options can be configured differently than shown based on user preference.
** This is the high limit for dual fuel mode. In heat-pump mode the high limit will be 120 regardless of setting.
Step 4: Enroll the thermostats wireless sensor, and any other Redlink devices.
Step 5: Press the “connect” button on the THM4000R to exit enrollment. Enter the installer set-up at each thermostat to
configure the thermostat for a 3H/2C heat-pump. (See thermostat installation instructions).
After the batteries are installed this
screen should come up. Use the up
arrow to change the zone number for
zones 2-4, then press “next”.
Press the connect button.
This screen will come up. Use the up or
down arrow to change the zone name.
Then press “next”. (52 is “thermostat”
see the wireless Focus-PRO installation
guide for other zone name choices.)
Press the done button. Repeat for all
thermostats. Then connect the outdoor
sensor and PCC.
