HONOR Docs
HONOR Docs can automatically bring together documents saved in various applications,
and also enable you to create new documents,  formats, edit, save, print and share
documents to experience easy creation and   work on the mobile.
Create New Doc
1 Open HONOR Docs, tap in the lower right corner to create a new doc.
2 On the creation page, the tablet provides various common functions for you to use.
Such as creating new doc, creating new sheet and creating new folder.
3 Take “Creating new sheet” as an example:
a Tap “New sheet” and edit the content.

in the upper right corner to save it, you can enter name, location, and tap
to save it.
c Tap to mark the document, tap to share the document.

You can view and  edit the newly created document in Recent or the  location.
Tap > Settings > Default location in the upper right corner to edit the default saving
location of the documents.
Format Conversion

On the creating screen of HONOR Docs, you can choose to  images, sheets or
docs into PDF as needed.

Take Sheet to PDF as an example:

Tap Sheet to PDF, select the sheet for conversion, and tap Sta conveing.
b Select storage location and tap

c After conversion, you can share, add tags or  annotations to the  PDF
as needed.
Manage Docs
• In the document list, you can long press a document or a  to share, mark, move or
delete it. You can also tap to print or rename the document.
• On the main page of HONOR Doc, you can tap to quickly  the document that you
want based on name or type.
• On the main page of HONOR Doc, you can tap to  the documents based on
formats or name, time, size, tags, etc.
