This document provides user instructions for the HOOVER WDYN P washer-dryer, featuring SENSORDRY and DYNAMIC W&D 8+5 technology. It covers installation, operation, technical data, and maintenance.
Function Description:
The HOOVER WDYN P is a washer-dryer designed for domestic use, capable of both washing and drying laundry. Its "Kg MODE" function, active on Cotton and Synthetics programmes, monitors the wash load in the drum during the first 4 minutes of the cycle. This intelligent system adjusts water amount, wash cycle length, rinsing, drum rotation rhythm, and spin speed based on fabric type, soiling degree, and load imbalance. This ensures optimal washing and drying performance while preventing imbalance, reducing noise and vibration, and prolonging the machine's life. The machine offers a range of programmes tailored for different fabric types and soiling levels, including resistant fabrics (cotton, linen), mixed fabrics and synthetics, very delicate fabrics, wool & silk, duvet, sports, and rapid cycles (14, 30, 44 minutes). It also features dedicated drying programmes for cottons, synthetics, and a 59-minute wash & dry cycle. The "Easy Iron" function minimizes creases through a uniquely designed anti-crease system, gradually cooling water during the final rinses and using a delicate spin. The "Sensitive Care" button activates a special wash cycle for colourfast and mixed fabrics, treating delicate items with care by using a larger quantity of water and specific drum rotation cycles for thorough cleaning and rinsing. The "Stain Blaster" button activates a sensor system that adjusts temperature and drum mechanics to optimize cleaning action without increasing programme length.
