FAULT CODES & DIAGNOSTICS
If an error is detected in programme, the programme will be terminated and one of the following errors
will be displayed on the LCD.
In the event of any of the above codes being displayed, after the fault has been rectified it will be
necessary to reset the machine. This is achieved by pressing and holding the Start/Reset button.
After a few seconds the fault code will be replaced with dashes on the LCD display.

AL 08 Time out heating NTC detached from casing
AL 09 Software recognition

Timer not programmed, wrong keypad
AL 10 Heating circuit Heating element, connections, module, relay.
AL 99 Communication

Bit100 Timer Card, delay or connecting cable
H20 Time out filling Customers tap not turned on
