3.20 disable test
Turns off a diagnostic test. This will disable certain SRM/XSROM tests from running for debug
purpses.
Syntax
disable test
<test_number>
Argument
test_number The number assigned to a diagnostic test in
hex.

None
Example
Disable XSROM test 12, which is Data Pattern March read/write..
MBM> show diag_mask
diag_mask FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
MBM> disable test 12
MBM> show diag_mask
diag_mask FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFBFFFF
