System Error Codes
SE Code: 21.02:10 - Problem with the Web Wipe motor
Problem Description:
Web Wipe Motor servo shut down.
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer, manually pull the Printhead Maintenance
Cartridge to the front position and power On the Printer.
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and remove the Printhead Maintenance Cartridge,
and switch on, if the error is cleared, replace the Printhead Maintenance Cartridge
Replace the Web Wipe Motor Page 368.
SE Code: 21.03:10 - Electrical problem in the Web Wipe Motor
Problem Description:
Error detected in the area of the Web Wipe Assembly (Rack engage motor electrical)
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer, manually pull the Printhead Maintenance
Cartridge to the position and power On the Printer.
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and remove the Printhead Maintenance Cartridge,
and switch on, if the error is cleared, replace the Printhead Maintenance Cartridge
Replace the Web Wipe Motor Page 368.
Replace the PrintMech Page 482.
SE Code: 21.05:03 - Web Wipe Assembly Drifting
Problem Description:
Error detected in the area of the Web Wipe Assembly (Rack engage drifting).
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer, manually pull the Printhead Maintenance
Cartridge to the front position and power On the Printer.
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and remove the Printhead Maintenance Cartridge,
and switch on, if the error is cleared, replace the Printhead Maintenance Cartridge

SE Code: 21:10 - Problem in the area of the Service Station
Problem Description:
Fault has been detect in the area of the Service Station.
Corrective Action:
Try the following:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the
power cord and power On the Printer.
