Printhead Temperature too high procedure
1. Perform a Printhead recovery- Go to the ink menu in the Front Panel and select Image Quality Main-
tenance>Clean Printheads.
2. Reprint the job with lower drying temperatures.
3. Reprint the job with higher number of passes.
4. If the problem persists, replace the Printhead.
A Printhead has damaged the substrate
When a Printhead touches the substrate, the most probable cause is excessive drying temperature. Reduce
the heating and curing temperature.
Incorrect error messages displayed about the Cleaning Cartridge
roller
If the customer touches the roller of the Printhead cleaning Cartridge, this can cause the printer to lose
track of how much of the wiping material was left on the roller and cause the printer to cancel jobs and
display erroneous error messages. Explain to the customer that the roller of the Printhead Cleaning
Cartridge must never be touched, and only handle the cartridge if it requires replacement.

The warranty for the Ink Cartridges will end when one of the following occurs:
• 24 months from the date of manufacture.
or
• When the advertised deliverable ink has been reached
• Host Ink Cartridge: (775ml/26.2 floz)
