System Error Codes
• Check that the cables between the Interconnect PCA and the Main PCA are not damaged and are
correctly connected.
• Check that the cables between the Hard Disk Drive and the Power Supply Unit and the Main PCA
are not damaged and are correctly connected.
• Check that the cable between the Power Supply Unit and the Main PCA is not damaged and is
correctly connected.
• Check that the Printer has the latest Firmware version, if not, update the firmware to the latest
version.
• Replace the Interconnect PCA ⇒ Page 435.
• Replace the Sausalito PCI PCA ⇒ Page 444.
SE Code: 09.01:10 - TOMAS Error
Problem Description:
There is an error with the TOMAS reading. The measurements are unstable.
Corrective Action:
• Check that TOMAS is correctly connected ⇒Page 32
• Replace TOMAS ⇒ Page 431.
SE Code: 11:10 - Connection problem with the Trailing cable
Problem Description:
Trailing Cable does not seem to be connected.
Corrective Action:
• Check that the Trailing Cable is not damaged.
• Check that the Trailing Cable is correctly connected to the Carriage PCA, Interconnect PCA and to
the Sausalito PCI PCA.
• Replace the Sausalito PCI PCA ⇒ Page 444.
• Replace the Ink Supply Tubes and Trailing Cable ⇒ Page 380.
• Replace the Carriage PCA ⇒ Page 402.
SE Code: 14.01:00 - Temperature high on the Heat sink
Problem Description:
Over temperature in the Heatsink. At least one of the thermal switches attached to the Triac Heaters of the
Heaters Control assembly has reached 90c.
Corrective Action:
• If the ambient environmental temperature is extremely warm and the Heaters Control Assembly
cooling fan has failed, check the connection of the fan, and replace if required ⇒ Page 473.
NOTE: If the reset button is pressed and released quickly, the Front Panel does not have time to
reset itself and the 08:11 system error is displayed. If after rebooting the problem will probably
be solved. The correct operation of using the reset button on the Front Panel, is to press it and
keep it pressed for about 3 seconds.
