A single sheet has jammed
When a single sheet jam occurs, you normally see a message about it in the front-panel display.
If your printer is a T830 MFP
1. Remove the single sheet from the printer.
2
. Open the front cover.
3. Remove any of the paper jammed.
4. Close the front cover.
If your printer is a T730 Printer
1. Open the top window.
