Remove the tray holding printer components from the crate.
Remove the stacker arm and three packing pieces from the crate.
Remove the four corner pieces made of cardboard from the crate.
Move the box forward on the pallet to create a space for movement.
Carefully rotate the box 180 degrees to place it on the floor.
Detach and remove the wooden pallet from the printer crate.
Cut the packing straps and remove the box lid.
Remove filament tapes, other tapes, and end cap covers by sliding them.
Remove tape and open the plastic covering around the printer.
Take out the bag containing desiccant material from the packaging.
Identify the individual parts required for stand assembly.
Position the crossbar on the floor with plastic parts facing down.
Insert the two legs into the crossbar, ensuring the uncovered part faces outward.
Attach the crossbar to the left leg using five screws, leaving them loose.
Attach the crossbar to the right leg using five screws, leaving them loose.
Tighten all ten screws completely to secure the stand structure.
Rotate the assembled stand 180 degrees into its upright position.
Fit the two leg covers onto the stand legs, securing the bottom and top parts.
Connect the stand assembly to the printer body by slotting parts into place.
Secure the stand assembly to the printer body using screws on each side.
Verify that all four wheels of the printer stand are locked securely.
Turn the printer 90 degrees to orient it for the next step.
Rotate the printer another 90 degrees to place it in the upright position.
Remove orange packaging tapes and unlock the printer's wheels.
Take the main printer box out of the outer packaging.
Remove the two protective end caps from the printer.
Remove the plastic protective cover and the packing cloth.
Detach and remove all orange colored packing tapes from the printer.
Unscrew and remove the screws securing the stacker.
Extend the folded parts of the stacker to prepare it for use.
Fasten the stacker using two designated screws.
Remove a carton piece and attach the stacker cover by pushing it into place.
Install the six deflectors into their designated slots on the printer.
Open the cover for the upper roll mechanism.
Remove tape, pull, rotate, and remove an orange plastic piece.
Open the scanner cover and remove the carton piece with tape.
Carefully remove the carriage retainer, avoiding contact with the encoder strip.
Gently detach the carriage retainer from its position.
Close the scanner window securely.
Pull the orange plastic piece from the back of the scanner with force.
Connect the basket pieces and elbows to form the basket structure.
Insert the basket arms into the feet until they click into place.
Remove tape and guide the assembled basket through the front of the printer.
Insert the bar through the assembled basket.
Position the basket correctly into its final location.
Ensure the basket is open to verify required rear clearance.
Release the locks on the printer's wheels to allow movement.
Transport the printer to its intended operational location.
Route and attach power and data cables into the designated gutter.
Ensure power cables are connected to the right side for operation.
Ensure cables do not hang out to prevent printing jams.
Connect LAN/power cables, turn on printer from the back, and lock wheels.
Choose the printer's display language via the touch screen.
The front panel will prompt for ink cartridge installation.
Open the covers for both the left and right ink cartridge bays.
Shake all the ink cartridges gently before installation.
Install the ink cartridges into their correct bays, listening for a beep.
Close the covers for both the left and right ink cartridge bays.
Open the printer window to access the printhead mechanism.
Open the scanner window when prompted by the printer.
Lift the handle of the printhead cover to expose the printhead.
Pull the blue handle upwards to its maximum extent.
Open the printhead cover by pulling the handle down.
Insert the printhead into its designated slot.
Verify the printhead alignment; do not insert nozzles yet.
Lift the handle of the printhead cover again.
Secure the cover to the bar by pushing the handle down.
Pull the handle down to close the printer cover.
Fully close the cover by pushing down.
Close the scanner window and confirm by pressing OK.
Load paper and wait for the printer's tubes to fill, about 10 minutes.
Push the latch and open the upper front roll cover.
Remove orange tapes and two small carton pieces.
Remove the spindle, orange tape, and carton piece.
Unlock the blue hub and then remove it.
Load paper, replace the hub, and lock it securely.
Install the spindle back into its correct position.
Insert the leading edge of the paper into the printer.
Guide the paper into the printer mechanism.
Advance the paper by rolling it into the printer.
Follow steps 73-80 to load the second roll of paper.
The printer will align printheads; requires wide paper, prints a pattern.
