Before you call, be sure you have the following
information:
- Your printer’s serial number (the label is on the bottom of the
printer).

printer).

- The model of the computer.

- The version of the printer software and software program
(if applicable). To find your printer software version, go to the
HP DeskJet toolbox, click on the printer icon in the title bar,
then select About from the drop-down menu.
