3. Remove the ngerprint reader board from the computer (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the ngerprint reader board.
Touchpad
To remove the touchpad, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the touchpad, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 32).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 32).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 42).
Remove the touchpad:
1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (1).
2. Lift the tape from the touchpad (2).
3. Disconnect the cable from the reverse ZIF connector on the NFC module (3).
4. Remove the six Phillips M1.6 × 1.8 screws (4) that secure the touchpad to the computer.
