3. Remove the ngerprint reader board from the computer (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the ngerprint reader board.
Touchpad
To remove the touchpad, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the touchpad, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 32).
2. Remove the bottom cover (Bottom cover on page 32).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 41).
Remove the touchpad:
1. Disconnect the system board cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (1).
2. Disconnect the touchpad button board cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (2).
3. Remove the four Phillips M1.6 × 1.8 screws (3) that secure the touchpad to the computer.
