5. If it is necessary to replace the optical drive bracket:
a. Position the optical drive with the rear toward you.
b. Remove the three Phillips M2.0×3.0 screws (1) that secure the optical drive bracket to the
optical drive.
c. Remove the optical drive bracket (2).
6. If it is necessary to remove the optical drive bezel:
a. Insert the end of a paper clip into the release access hole (1) in the optical drive bezel.
Press in gently until the tray is released.
b. Firmly pull outward on the open tray (2) until the optical drive slides out.
