3 Raise the registration assembly by grasping the small green handle, and lift out the belt
assembly.
4 Remove the plastic guide (callout 2) and replace the belts if necessary. The guide snaps
back in after the belt replacement.
CAUTION The edge (callout 3) has a metal ridge with sharp teeth. Avoid contact with the edge.

CAUTION To prevent damage to the high-voltage contacts, the paper-feed belt assembly must be reinstalled
before you reinstall the dc controller.
