Clearing jams from the output-bin areas
NOTE If most of the media is still inside the printer, remove it through the rear door.
1. Open the rear door.

2. Slightly lift up the rear door, and then lift up on the middle portion of the black assembly on the
inside of the door to release the clips. Let the rear door drop open.
