Clear paper jams in Trays 2, 3, 4, or 5
The following information describes how to clear a paper jam in Trays 2, 3, 4, or 5. When a jam occurs, the
control panel displays one of the following messages and an animation that assists in clearing the jam.

13.A4.XX Jam in Tray 4
●
13.A5.XX Jam in Tray 5
NOTE: The following procedure shows Tray 2. The method to clear jams in Trays 3, 4, and 5 is the same.
1. Pull the tray completely out of the printer by
pulling and lifting it up slightly.
2. Remove any jammed or damaged sheets of paper.
