Float assembly
1. Remove the ADF and lay it upside down on a flat surface. See ADF assembly on page 204.
2. Locate the float assembly.

3. Release one tab at the hinge end of the float assembly and carefully rotate the end of the assembly
up and away from the ADF.
CAUTION The springs behind the float assembly are not captive and can easily be lost.
Always remove the ADF and place it upside down on a flat surface before you remove the
float assembly.
