4. Release the tab at the opposite end of the float assembly and remove the assembly.

5. Make sure that the springs are correctly seated in the spring holders (callout 1) when you reinstall
the float assembly. The springs must be installed in the spring holders that are located closest to
the locking tabs.
CAUTION The pin on the bottom of the float must be placed in the hole in the ADF chassis.
Make sure the pin is correctly positioned to prevent the float from being damaged when you
press down on the float.
